‘Pick up pending’ status means that D.T.S.S. hasn’t received the physical shipment from the merchant with whom you have placed your order. Please contact 9889200783 for further assistance.
D.T.S.S. will be able to provide estimated date of arrival only after the shipment has been picked up from the merchant. In the meantime, please contact your merchant from where you placed the order for further assistance.
